List of the Coolest Mansions in Las Vegas

Coolest Mansions in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, a playground for the rich and famous. Las Vegas is an internationally renowned major resort city, known primarily for its gambling, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Today, Las Vegas annually ranks as one of the world's most visited tourist destinations.

The LV Plug team has compiled a list of Las Vegas’s most iconic residences — from the glamorous to the innovative to the downright bizarre — all of which capture the city’s eccentric charm better than words ever could. Let's dive in.

The Graffiti Mansion

The Graffiti Mansion is one of the coolest properties on this list. The mansion is like a Pokemon in that is constantly evolving into a better version of it's self. According to the Graffiti Mansion’s website, “Graffiti Mansion offers a unique blend of indoor and outdoor living that is perfect for any type of stay, whether you would like to host an intimate gathering, or you would prefer to stay among the privacy and serenity of over 100 palms. Graffiti Mansion is the perfect backdrop for your Vegas story.”

Thriller Villa

According to the Thriller Villa’s website, “When Michael Jackson returned to the United States 2006, after living abroad for almost three years, he moved to Las Vegas. Here he was negotiating to become an in-residence performer on the Strip, a practice first create by his old friend, Liberace. Jackson’s final residence in Las Vegas was Hacienda Palomino, a 1.7 acre compound hidden in the center of the City. He leased the property from a prominent Las Vegas philanthropist who owns it still. Jackson was the last resident of the property. It soon became known as “Thriller Villa.””

Casa de Shenandoah

Casa de Shenandoah is the former estate of singer Wayne Newton, who also used the property as a ranch for various animals. This property has had a crazy history and has changed ownership many times over the years. Most recently, the property was purchased by Harsch Investment Properties, my commercial office landlord. You can read all about this on the Casa de Shenandoah Wikipedia page.

Conclusion

That's the list of the coolest mansions and properties in Las Vegas. I want to note that this list isn't over yet. I just don't have photos of the other mansions and I don't want to dox anyone that doesn't currently have their mansions listed publicly. As that information changes, I'll be sure to update the website with this new information.
